This is a unique Property that was converted from a retail space to a sleeping loft style lodging. It has 4 single beds, a full size ping pong table, cornhole, darts, and a few other board games. Has a large TV, and It's 5 min. from downtown, Tremont, Oho City. Outside there is a turf field that's fenced in for plenty room for kids, pets or just to have a relaxing night sitting outside. The space has 4 single beds, 1 full bath, a dining table, 2 full couches, a Ping Pong Table and a large screen tv. It's 5 minutes from downtown, a few minutes from Ohio City and Tremont and minutes from the highway. The bathroom is in the lower level. You do have to go outside of the apartment into the hallway and down the stairs to enter the bathroom.

Note: Unfortunately, we don’t rent to locals due to parties. We do make exceptions every so often, but this would need to be approved before booking.
